    What is DSST?

The DANTES Subject Standardized Tests (DSST) test taker audience has changed over the years, but as of 2006, DSST exams are available to anyone who is seeking college credit outside the traditional classroom, including college students, adult learners, high school students, and military personnel.

A maximum of 30 credit hours can be arranged through DSST by means of exams. Test credit will not be allowed when students have previously received credit in comparable courses. In addition, test credit will not be granted when students are currently enrolled in a comparable course.

You must schedule an appointment to take a DSST Test. L&C administers DSST Tests through the Haskell Testing Center. Call (618) 468-5220 to schedule an appointment.
