Home - Faculty & Staff - Media/Creative Services Media & Creative Services Lewis and Clark's Media & Creative Services department offers a number of public relations, marketing and print shop services for faculty and staff at Lewis and Clark, and serves as the point of contact for all Lewis and Clark related media inquiries and requests. We are located on the second floor of Fobes Hall in the main complex on the college's Godfrey campus. Print Shop Services Our in-house print shop offers black and white/color copies, large prints (up to 42 inches wide), bindery services (collating, cutting/trimming, labeling, score, spiral binding, stapling, folding, etc.), scanning, laminating and more. All jobs should begin with a work order in Blazernet. Please contact Monica or Korin for assistance. Graphic Design Creative Services Manager Korin Fisher and our other staff can be contracted for in house design work to ensure high quality and consistent branding for Lewis and Clark. Jobs requiring less than an hour of design time are free, while jobs taking longer than an hour will be billed as $20 per hour. All jobs must start with an electronic work order in Blazernet, and should allow for at least 10 working days before completion. We cannot begin work on a project until a work order is submitted and approved by the appropriate account manager. Photography Media specialist/photographer Paige Allen will take photos or arrange for a professional photographer when event coverage is needed or to meet special publication requirements. Photo requests should be made well in advance of an event or photo opportunity, whenever possible. For smaller, internal events, or if a photographer is not available, the Media/Creative Services department has a digital camera that can be checked out by faculty/staff. Such photos can be shared internally within the portal and/or on Flickr. Website/Social Media/Online Marketing Media Services Manager Laura Inlow is responsible for content creation and management of the college’s official website, www.lc.edu, and all the college’s related social networking efforts, including but not limited to Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, etc. Departments wishing to make changes/additions to the website should email Laura to make change requests, and note a deadline if the information is time sensitive. Otherwise, requests are addressed in order of time and date received. Those wishing to share content on the college's official social media channels may do so by using their personal accounts on Lewis and Clark's official pages, or by submitting requests to Laura or Louise. Public Relations & Advertising Our media specialists are multi-talented communicators with connections to local media outlets and expertise in marketing and advertising.
