She finished the season with a national ranking of No. 2 in assists, at 20. She also ranked No. 4 in game-winning goals with seven, and No. 5 in points with 82.
Pedersen also received the NJCAA Division I Region 24 First Team All Region and Region 24 Player of the Year title this year.

Becket is a freshman forward from Sunshine, Victoria, Australia.
A former Melbourne Victory youth player, Becket received the NJCAA Division I All Region Player and Region 24 Player of the Year this season.
“Only a few players get named NJCAA Academic Student-Athletes and I’m proud to be one of them,” Becket said. “It is a great honor.”
Head Soccer Coach Tim Rooney said both players are very deserving of the recognition.
“Michelle and Melvin are talented players who always give 110 percent. I’m very proud of both of them,” Rooney said.
