Selective Admissions Programs
 

L&C's Selective Admissions Programs are the following:

Associate in Applied Science Degree:

  • Accelerated Associate in Management (5085A) 
  • Dental Hygiene (5202A) 
  • Nursing (5208A) 
  • Occupational Therapy Assistant (5230A) 
  • Paramedicine (5509A) 
  • Therapeutic Massage (5255A) 

Certificate of Proficiency:

  • Dental Assisting (5202J) 
  • Paramedicine (5509J) 
  • Therapeutic Massage (5255J) 

To apply for admission to one of these programs, you must complete:

  2. The Admission Student Information

There are three ways to submit these forms:

Apply in person at one of our locations .

Download, print, and complete the forms. Then fax or mail them following instructions on the forms.

Complete and submit the online forms through our secure site.  You will be required to submit your social security number and supply a web e-mail address.


What happens after I complete and submit the forms?

After submitting the forms, you should:

  1. Send L&C your official transcripts. Have all high school, pre-college, GED, and other college transcripts sent directly to the L&C Enrollment Center at 5800 Godfrey Road, Godfrey, Illinois 62035.  Your social security number and the name that you're currently using should appear on each transcript.
  2. Take the College Placement Tests. If you're a new student and registering for twelve or more credit hours (or for a math or English course), you must complete the placement tests. Call the Assessment Center at 618-468-5221 or your local Community Education Center to make an appointment.
  3. Meet with an academic advisor. Immediately after completing the placement tests, you will meet with an advisor to develop an education plan and then register.  Registration becomes official when tuition and fees are paid.
  4. Enroll in LCCC 101. This free two-hour orientation workshop assists all new students with their transition to college. Your academic advisor will help you enroll in this workshop.
