Online classes are available 24/7 and may be completed at any time within 90 days of paying your ticket. Most students are able to complete course requirements in four hours or less, including the final quiz. A passing score is required to satisfy the requirements for Court supervision. A failing score may result in a conviction being entered against your driver record.

REQUIREMENTS
To enroll in the online class, you must

• Have a computer with a reliable Internet connection.
• Have a valid email address.
• Be able to read and comprehend large amounts of text. If you are not a good reader or have trouble remembering what you read, you may want to complete your requirements by enrolling in the Traditional Classroom course.   
• Register and pay the $40 course fee by cash, credit card or cashier’s check (personal checks are not accepted).
• Provide the following information when prompted after you begin the course:

  • Ticket number
  • County in which your ticket was issued
  • Date of ticket

GRADES
You will receive a letter certifying your grade (Pass or Fail) within 7 to 10 days after you complete the course. This certificate must be presented to the Circuit Clerk’s office in the county in which you received your ticket to satisfy the requirements of your Court Supervision. It is YOUR responsibility to provide this proof to the Clerk’s office.
