Athletic Camps

Whether you're looking to work on the basics or want to take your game to the next level, L&C's Trailblazer Athletic Camps give kids the opportunity to hone their skills in basketball, volleyball and soccer under the supervision of Lewis and Clark Athletic Director Deon Thomas and NJCAA Division II coaches.

Two levels of boys and girls basketball camps are offered each summer and coached by L&C’s championship-winning coaches Deon Thomas and Sonya Crider. Players as young as fourth grade (and as old as ninth grade) can improve their shooting and ball-handling skills as well as learn competitive game strategies and rules of the game.

Girls and boys entering fourth, fifth or sixth grade will improve their game skills on the soccer field under the direction of Coach Tim Rooney. Emphasis is placed on developmental skills, fundamentals and individual techniques as players advance themselves in a positive and fun environment.

Coached by the L&C coaches and players, volleyball camp helps girls entering grades six, seven and eight advance basic skills in serving, setting, passing and hitting while emphasizing fundamental game strategies.
