Once you have accepted your Federal Stafford Student Loan offer for the 2008-2009 school year, you must take the following steps:
1. Complete Loan Entrance Counseling by selecting Mapping Your Future. You must submit a copy of your entrance counseling confirmation to the Financial Aid office.
2. Choose a Lender. You have the option of choosing a Lender of your choice. The Lender links below have been provided to assist you and have been selected because of their exemplary customer service and borrower benefits. Lewis & Clark Community College requires that you complete a new loan application each school year. You must submit a copy of your Master Promissory Note to the Financial Aid office.
If you have already completed a loan application or Master Promissory Note (MPN) with a Lender not listed below, please obtain and submit a copy of your MPN from that Lender.

3. Complete and submit the Student Loan Request form to the Financial Aid office.
Due to changes in the student loan industry, there are no future borrower benefits for Illinois residents who choose the Missouri Higher Education Loan Authroity (MOHELA) as a loan servicer. However, you may select MOHELA if you have previously used MOHELA as your loan servicer and would like future loans to remain with MOHELA. Please submit a copy of your MPN to the Financial Aid office.
Federal Parent Plus Loan Borroweres:
Please submit a copy of your MPN and Parent Plus Loan Request form to the Financial Aid office.
