Lewis and Clark Community College can provides official copies of your transcript to any institution or individual you choose.
>Multiple ways to request a transcript:
- Email - Download the request form and follow the instructions on the form. Email the completed form to enroll@lc.edu
- Fax - Download the request form and follow the instructions on the form. The fax number is (618) 468-2310.
- In Person - Fill out a transcript request form at the Enrollment Center or any CEC location.
Call the Enrollment Center at (618) 468-2222 for further information. A completed form is required.
Information you will need:
- The name and address of the recipient of the transcript
- Your name
- Date of Birth
- Student ID or last 4 digits of your SSN
- Your signature
Requests for more than 10 official transcripts do require review and approval by the Registrar.
Lewis and Clark can only provide copies of your L&C transcript. For transcripts from other schools, you must contact each institution and have an official transcript sent to L&C. See Submit a Transcript
