We’re proud to provide the more than 220,000 citizens of Southern Illinois with basic, preventive health care. If you need health or dental care, we bring the Lewis and Clark Community College Mobile Health Unit to you.

We also reach out to the children in our six counties: Calhoun, Greene, Jersey, Madison, Macoupin and St.Clair. More than 3,500 students can now receive their school physicals, general health screenings and dental exams right on school grounds!

With our grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and our partnership with Alton Memorial Hospital, we are the first community college in the country to offer a nurse managed center and mobile health unit.

Preventive health screenings supply life-saving information. From simply monitoring your blood pressure to drawing blood for routine checks on your cholesterol or glucose, we measure your current health-care status to ensure longterm health.

Our dental hygienists want to see you smile. Your oral health is important to us, so we provide routine exams and cleanings in our state-of-the-art dental patient room. The Nurse-Managed Center collaborates with many local healthcare agencies to insure quality healthcare. An additional focus is community and patient education.
