Belgian native Steven Vanhauwaert has played the piano almost as long as he can remember.

Vanhauwaert developed his own skills and interest in classical music into a career as a concert pianist and will bring his talents at 3 p.m. Sunday to Hatheway Cultural Center’s stage at Lewis and Clark Community College in Godfrey. The concert is part of the Greater Alton Concert Association’s current season.
