  • Open Educational Resources (OERs)

    Open Educational Resources are teaching and learning materials that you may freely use and reuse, without charge. OERs have a Creative Commons or GNU license that state specifically how the material may be used, reused, adapted, and shared.

    Where to find OERs

    Works held under a Creative Commons Licenses are indicated with a cc symbol. Additionally, CC works can have four other rights attached to the licenses that add or subtract certain permissions. These rights can be combined into six different Creative Commons Licenses as illustrated below:
