Prepares students to use Microsoft Word to create a variety of forms used in business, including sharing documents online and customizing Word options. Introduces the Adobe Acrobat program to design and navigate Portable Document Format (PDF) documents. Content includes designing, editing and enhancing PDF documents, adding security, and working with forms. Business apps used as productivity tools will also be presented.
Prerequisite: C or better in BTEC 120, BTEC 138, and BTEC 151 or CIS 135.
