AUTO-280 - Automotive Technology Internship

Provides a work-based training experience in one or more of the ASE automotive specialty areas selected by the automotive coordinator and student, based on the student's interests, aptitudes and goals. Internship experience emphasizes the diagnosis, service and repair of the vehicle's electronics pertaining to the specialty area(s) selected. The student receives classroom and/or individual instruction in the areas of creating and/or completing job application forms, resumes, application letters and interviewing skills.
(PCS 1.2, 3 credit hours: 1 hour lecture, 10 hours lab - 160 hours must be worked.)
