Introduces the basic principles and elements governing work in three dimensional (3-D) design, and expands on concepts presented in previous studio and lecture coursework. Assignments will require concept development and hand-building with direct manipulation of select materials as well as investigate strategies and working methods utilized in creating three dimensional objects.
Prerequisite: C or better in ART 131.
