    In partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Workforce Education, Solutions & Safety Training at Lewis and Clark Community College offers two professional development programs to address the needs of adults who wish to broaden their perspective of the human resource profession. These courses are designed to present the participant with essential knowledge for entry into exempt positions in the human resource development/personnel function. The programs offer the opportunity to strengthen skills, boost confidence and advance career opportunities.

    SHRM Learning System for Certification Preparation


    Our Human Resource certification preparation course is designed primarily for individuals seeking the new standard in HR certification.
