Counseling Services
Personal Counseling Services are available in person, by phone or on Zoom by appointment, as well as walk-ins in the event of an emergency, Monday - Thursday, and by phone or on Zoom, Friday. To schedule an appointment, contact us at (618) 468-4121 or taaustin@lc.edu. In an emergency, please call the 24-hour local crisis hotline at (618) 465-4388, the 24-hour National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988, or go to the nearest emergency room.

BetterMynd Online Therapy
Lewis and Clark Community College has recently partnered with BetterMynd, an online therapy platform for college students, to to add video-therapy sessions to the free counseling services available to you through the college.
In addition to personal counseling services on Lewis and Clark’s campus, you will be able to access free online therapy sessions with BetterMynd’s diverse network of licensed mental health counselors, if you choose. These 50-minute, live video-sessions are private, confidential, and can take place from the convenience of your laptop or smartphone. Sessions are available during the day, at night, and on the weekends. BetterMynd also provides free self-help resources and free group workshops to all Lewis and Clark Community College students.
