Yoga-Saturday Soul
This class is for anyone who enjoys yoga and its many benefits. An early morning yoga practice will help you get energized for the day, relieve stress, and reset your mind, body, spirit and soul. This is especially important during the cold, dark days of winter. During the course, we will focus on the fundamentals of yoga, including posture alignment, breathwork and meditation. Participants will reap the many benefits of yoga, such as relaxation, improved flexibility and balance, increased physical strength and energy, and better digestion. Please bring a personal floor mat.

Ballroom Dance Classes
Learn the basic, social and American-style steps of these dances in just five weeks! Professional dance instructor, William Trent, is sure to have you comfortable on the dance floor in no time. Participants must register with a dance partner. Cost is $55 per person. Shoes with leather or vinyl soles are recommended.

Financial Literacy
This course will introduce students to a variety of basic concepts considered essential in the world of finance. Building on a fundamental understanding of common vocabulary associated with investing, students will be able to articulate the practical use of stocks, bonds, ETFs and mutual funds to construct an investment portfolio. Further, students will become familiar with the general history of investing, the stock and bond markets, and overarching trends that inform both professional and lay investors. A primary outcome of this course will be a measurable level of familiarity and comfort with these ideas that will better prepare the individual student to participate and engage in their own financial decision making, through their work-based retirement plans or any other investing strategy.
