This class is for anyone who enjoys yoga and its many benefits. An early morning yoga practice will help you get energized for the day, relieve stress and reset your mind, body, spirit and soul. This is especially important during the cold, dark days of winter. During the course, we will focus on the fundamentals of yoga, including posture alignment, breathwork and meditation. Participants will reap the many benefits of yoga, such as relaxation, improved flexibility and balance, increased physical strength and energy, and better digestion. Please bring your personal mat.
