Psychology is a broad and diverse field that provides an engaging exploration of behavior and mental processes, allowing students to better understand both themselves and others. Our courses are designed to benefit students seeking a degree in psychology and those who have a general interest in it. Psychology students become engaged in a discipline that will strengthen their critical thinking skills, enhancing their ability to evaluate information from differing perspectives and analyze complex problems.

Within our introductory course, students gain an understanding of the various core concepts in psychology, including neuroscience, research methods, learning, consciousness, lifespan development, personality, psychological disorders, and therapies. We also offer various upper-level electives and courses required for admission to other programs that explore in-depth topics such as child psychology, human development, abnormal psychology, theories of personality, and social psychology.
