A program designed to serve women, minorities and disadvantaged individuals at least 18 years of age with a GED®/High School Equivalency (HSE) or high school diploma and a valid driver’s license who are drug-free. Construction Ready students will participate in construction and highway construction-related projects.
This program works hand in hand with the trades and contractors, providing students with a program that mimics real-life on-the-job work experience with a 75% successful placement rate. Students receive a stipend dependent on their class and job performance.
Supports services for graduates include trade application and career search assistance.
