Our new competency-based education track, currently only available in Welding Technology (but coming soon in other programs), lets you earn college credit for what you know. Use the skills you already have or study hard in the shop to test out of classes and fast-track your degree.

- Submit an application to L&C. Apply now if you are a first-time student. Returning students, contact the Enrollment Center at (618) 468-2222 to set up an appointment.
- Send your transcripts. Send your official high school and/or college transcripts to Enrollment Services at 5800 Godfrey Rd. Godfrey, Illinois, 62035 or email to enroll@lc.edu.
- See and advisor and register for classes. Meet with an academic advisor to discuss course placement, degree or certificate requirements and class selection.
