Alumnus and renowned DJ Mikeith Teague found his path at Lewis and Clark Community College. Where will yours take you?
Meet Mikeith
Today, Mikeith is an I Heart Media DJ on Atlanta’s Power 96.1/Z 107.7 St. Louis, as well as the official DJ of the Atlanta Gladiators, Atlanta United and the Atlanta Falcons – but like so many others, his story started right here at Lewis and Clark.

Mikeith initially took general studies at Lewis and Clark and graduated in 2015. He returned and earned his Associate in Applied Science in Radio Broadcasting (now Digital Streaming and Broadcast Media), in addition to a Certificate of Completion in Social Media Management, in 2017.
After L&C, he went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Applied Communication Studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2020, then landed a job with I Heart Media in St. Louis.
In 2021, he was voted Best Radio Personality for 100.3 The Beat and won Best of the Best DJ and Radio Personality in the Riverbend for The Telegraph and Intelligencer newspapers. He was named one of Radio Ink’s Class of 2021 "30 and Under Superstars" and acknowledged as one of the 2022 African American Future leaders in radio.

During his time in St. Louis, he was the official DJ for the Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues. An Alton-area native, Mikeith also DJ'ed at Bossanova Martini Lounge as Keith on Da Beat and was a DJ during the finale of the Small Business Revolution Season 3 in 2019 at the Alton Amphitheater.
He was invited back to Lewis and Clark in 2022 to speak to graduates at Commencement.
