Wellness Week

March 31 - April 3, 2025

 L&C Counseling and the campus Wellness Committee have put together a week of events to highlight resources available on campus as well as in the community. The events will include free food and activities, as well as mental health screenings, therapy dogs, and suicide awareness information.

Gardening activity from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Wednesday Mental health resources and screenings, and open art activities from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Commons Cafe
Goat Yoga* from noon - 1 p.m. (one session) Fobes Lawn
Sound Bowl Meditation at 1 and 2 p.m. (two sessions) Trimpe 141
Student Support Group (stress & self-care) from 4 - 5 p.m.
Thursday Mental health resources and screenings, and open art activities from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Commons Cafe
Canvas painting and art, mental health screening and snacks from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
