The PATH program, funded through an Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) grant, aims to serve, create, support and expand the opportunities for individuals in nursing and select healthcare pathways to obtain certificates and degrees, allowing them to enter and/or advance their careers in the healthcare industry.
Priority will be given to students with the most need. Due to limited funding, you may not qualify for the PATH Grant if other grants or scholarships cover your tuition, books and fees (effective Spring 2024). Maximum awards are capped at $2,000 per student.

Eligibility
- Must reside in L&C’s district.
- Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who meets certain eligibility requirements.
- Meet the requirements of the selected training program.
- Have completed a 2025-2026 FAFSA.
