Illinois drivers under age 21 who receive a citation for a traffic violation and who request court supervision must attend Traffic Safety School pursuant to Illinois Public Act 95-310.
This course has been approved by the 3rd and 7th Judicial Circuit Courts in Illinois for the satisfaction of Court requirements. Requirements for court supervision may be satisfied by completing the "Ticket to Safer Driving" course offered through Lewis and Clark Community College for areas including, but not limited to, Madison County, Christian County, Jersey County, Macoupin County, Morgan County, Pike County, Green County, Scott County, Calhoun County, and Adams County in Illinois.
Failure to complete the Traffic Safety School as ordered will result in a judgment of conviction being entered against your official driving record. Conviction may result in the suspension of your driving privileges and may affect your automobile insurance costs.

- Online classes are available 24/7. Course requirements can be completed in approximately four hours, including the final exam. A passing score of 70% or better is required to satisfy the requirements for Court supervision. A valid e-mail address and a computer with Internet access are necessary to participate in the online course.
